Weeks after one shipping company claimed to be owed hundreds of thousands and filed suit in federal court, another is suing Mike Lindell’s MyPillow in Minnesota to collect on a debt north of three quarters of a million dollars.
The MyPillow salesman — embroiled in the $5 million “Prove Mike Wrong” case that he lost, facing a mountain of legal bills and civil litigation over his stolen 2020 election claims, and at times flirting with warehouse evictions — now faces a money-related case from DHL in Hennepin County.
The Star Tribune reported that the suit filed just this week claims MyPillow owes close to $800,000 and counting for its pillow delivery services over the years.
According to the report, as some 22 payments of $32,291.67 remained outstanding, DHL in July threatened to sue. The shipping company has now followed through on the threat, reportedly demanding $799,925.59 with 18-percent interest annually and attorney’s fees to cover the cost of having to file the case.
The latest lawsuit is similar to the federal case that Extend, Inc. brought in late August in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

That shipping company claimed it was owed more than half a million dollars and that Lindell breached a contract, “under which Extend would provide My Pillow’s customers with certain shipping and product protection services in exchange for a percentage of revenues generated by the sale of those services.”
The suit claimed that the agreement was “terminated” in March and MyPillow was supposed to pay down its debt in five separate increments, but that didn’t happen — even though Lindell allegedly said he would “connect” on the issue.
“In May 2024, after My Pillow failed to make any of the payments under the Termination Agreement, outside counsel for Extend sent a letter to My Pillow to demand payment,” the documents said. “After repeated further inquiries, Mike Lindell, Chief Executive Officer of My Pillow, emailed on June 23, 2024 that he ‘[w]ill connect this week.’ But Mr. Lindell did not connect, and never did.”
In October 2023, Lindell said that MyPillow had been “decimated” and “lost millions of dollars” after Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic sued him and his company for insisting the voting technology companies’ “corrupt” machines “flipped” votes to President Joe Biden to ensure Donald Trump lost.
