Maryland police continue to search the trail where Rachel Morin was found slain last week.
Fox News reported that the Harford County Sheriff’s Foundation purchased an ATV to better patrol the Ma and Pa trail in Bel Air. Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said 10 investigators are on Morin’s case — which he has described as “criminal homicide.”
Morin, 37, was reported missing by her boyfriend on August 5, a day before she was found dead on the trail. Officials have not disclosed how she died, but her body was reportedly discovered in a drain tunnel.
On Friday, investigators contacted five witnesses who were walking along Ma and Pa Trail from the Route 24 tunnel on the night Morin was supposedly in the vicinity.
A police spokesperson told Fox that they have received 325 tips as of Monday. Gahler said some of them are “promising” amid their ongoing investigation.

Morin’s boyfriend, who was interviewed by police, has not been charged in connection with her disappearance and death. Fox reported that Morin’s five children are with their fathers.
