Boyfriend, landlord charged in disappearance, presumed death of woman who vanished on walk to see friend

A missing woman’s boyfriend and the owner of the property where the couple lived in Arizona are charged in connection with her disappearance and presumed death.

Cavett Jack Richards, 36, was charged on Wednesday with second-degree murder, conspiracy and concealing a dead body, involving his girlfriend, Shayna Feinman, 35, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office. William Thomas DalCerro, 58, faces charges for his alleged involvement in Feinman’s death, authorities said. DalCerro owned the property where Feinman and Richards had been living.
