Attorneys representing creditors of Rudy Giuliani on Friday said they plan to subpoena the former New York City mayor’s spokesperson in order to ascertain a bevy of financial details – including certain potential assets and liabilities – as his bankruptcy case moves on.

The notice of intent filed by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, is substantially similar in form and function to other subpoenas issued so far – including a recent subpoena to the conservative, pro-Trump cable news network Newsmax.

The latest subpoena is directed at Giuliani’s longtime spokesperson, Ted Goodman, who has also served as his political adviser.
