Police in Tennessee arrested a man at a Chick-fil-A restaurant after he allegedly tried to solicit “sexual favors” from a teenager.

Braadley Zach Wolchuck, 29, of Georgia faces several felony charges after being taken into custody by the Collegedale Police Department on Tuesday. In a Facebook post, police said that they responded to a Chick-fil-A location in Collegedale, located some 20 miles east of Chattanooga, reporting “suspicious activity” in connection to “an adult male attempting to meet a juvenile for a potential sexual encounter.”

After a restaurant employee pointed out Wolchuk’s vehicle, officers stopped the car as it allegedly attempted to leave the scene. While stopped by police, Wolchuk reportedly “appeared visibly nervous” and was allegedly “attempting to delete content from his phone” while officers watched him.

According to police, Wolchuk admitted that he had been communicating with a 17-year-old boy and that the messages were “sexually explicit.” He also reportedly admitted to offering up a tattoo in exchange for sexual favors from the teenager.

Police said that Wolchuk and the teen had met each other earlier that day and were allegedly attempting to arrange a sexual encounter. When Wolchuk arrived at the Chick-fil-A, the restaurant’s manager and the teenager contacted police to report him.
