An Amber Alert has been issued in Texas for a 5-year-old girl who may be headed toward Louisiana with an adult relative.
Trinity Edwards is described as having brown hair and eyes and was last seen wearing a purple nightgown Tuesday morning. She is 4 feet tall and weighs 50 pounds.
She is believed to be with 65-year-old LeRoy Edwards, Jr., in a black 2011 Hyundai Sonata with Texas license plate SLG7028.
Edwards is described as 6 feet 9 inches tall and 220 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes.
Liberty County officials said they could be headed toward Rapides Parish in Louisiana.
