The FBI continues to search for a 13-year-old California girl who hasn’t been seen in over a week.
As CrimeOnline previously reported, Raine Gonzales was last seen in Brawley on December 10, near I and 18th streets, in Imperial County. She was seen “leaving her apartment complex,” the FBI said, according to Patch.
Police say she is with Lorenzo Guerrero, 43, although the relationship between the pair is unclear. They could be traveling in a silver 2007 Mercedes C230 with a California license plate, 5ZFS158. The vehicle reportedly belongs to the victim’s family.
The FBI said that Guerrero might have driven the victim into Mexico, adding that investigators are now offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to their whereabouts.
“Due to the proximity of the missing child’s residence to the U.S.- Mexico border, we are asking for the public’s help in both the U.S. and Mexico,” FBI spokesperson Kira Boyd said, according to the Los Angeles Times. “It is our hope that offering a reward will help us locate Raine Gonzales quicker.”

Raine is described as standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing around 115 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, grey sweatpants, a backpack, and a dark-colored jacket.
Guerrero is described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds. He has a bald head, black eyes and was last seen wearing jeans, a hat, and a jersey with the number “44” on it.
