An alleged associate of a notorious crime gang has been accused of performing a sex act on a dog, as he also faces a litany of other charges.
Trent Mathew Jeske, 23, will now face one count of animal cruelty after police visited his jail cell on Tuesday, alleging video of the incident had recently been uncovered on a mobile phone.
Officers also charged him two counts of carrying out a sexual act without consent and one count of sexually touching another person without consent.

He is currently behind bars on gun and drug charges after being arrested along with 18 other men in May, who are accused of being involved in a dial-a-dealer drug syndicate operating in Sydney.
Detectives attached to Strike Force Sugarcane allege he is a member of the Ready 4 War (R4W) gang linked to the Alameddine clan.

Following lap-band surgery earlier in the year, which restricts stomach size, a much slimmed down version of Jeske was photographed during his dramatic arrest.
Police dragged him out of a southwest Sydney home shirtless in footy shorts and handcuffs.

At the time of his arrest, Jeske was out on a bail over a raft of charges, including possessing an unauthorised firearm, affray and breaching Covid restrictions during the pandemic.
During the raids police claimed they seized mobile phones which were allegedly being used to rake in more than $250,000 a week in drug deals.
The alleged dial-a-dealer syndicate utilised 36 phones, with one device having more than 700 customers.

A 450-strong team of police officers raided 29 properties across the city’s southwest, following a 10-month-long investigation into the alleged organised crime group.
Jeske’s home was also raided by NSW police in September last year after he was alleged to have been involved in a brawl at an address on Osgood St in Guildford in Sydney’s west on September 5.
Police alleged the fight unfolded after an Alameddine associate refused to talk about one of their neighbours, believed to be Salim Hamz.
Jeske will face Parramatta Local Court over the fresh charges on Wednesday.
