A Houston woman strangled her girlfriend, whom she believed gave her a sexually transmitted disease, during an argument on a Texas hiking trail where she left her body, authorities said.
Shania Laneice Turner, 24, was charged with murder in the killing of Tierra Horn, 18, who had been missing since Jan. 2. Family members reported her missing on Jan. 4.
