A 6-year-old Virginia girl is dead after the 700-pound ATV she was riding on flipped and landed on top of her.
Virginia State Police said the Suzuki KingQuad vehicle was driven by a 7-year-old boy, WTVR reported.
The crash took place just before 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the yard of the home, police said. The girl was pronounced dead at the scene; the boy had minor injuries.
Family members identified the little girl as Reagan Lacks, calling her “one of the sweetest girls” anyone could know.
Neither child was wearing a helmet.
