Christopher Leron Kilpatrick (Lake County Sheriff’s Office).
Surveillance footage showed a gas station employee taking upskirt videos and photos of four women, but when detectives confronted the defendant at his home, he confessed doing this to “300 to 400 women, including juveniles,” according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Florida.
Right now, Christopher Leron Kilpatrick, 23, is just charged with exposure of sexual organs, exposure of sexual organs as a second offense and simple battery, but authorities say the investigation is ongoing and he could face more charges.
“Anyone who believes they may have been victimized by Christopher Kilpatrick, they are asked to contact the Special Victims Unit of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at 863-298-6200,” they wrote.

“What he did to get himself arrested and lose his job is quite shocking,” deputies wrote.
According to authorities, a woman said she had visited the store just after 10 a.m. Aug. 31.
“While using the self-checkout, she felt a poke on her lower back. She looked behind her and saw Christopher walking away from her, and she believed he tried to take pictures up her skirt,” the sheriff’s office said.
A detective looked at the surveillance footage to find that Kilpatrick had exposed himself and poked the woman in the back, they wrote. Not only that, but Kilpatrick allegedly had done the same thing to another woman right before this.
And there were allegedly more.
“The security video from that day also showed Christopher committing video voyeurism by taking photos/videos up the skirts of two other women (so far unidentified),” they wrote. “PCSO detectives went to Christopher’s residence in Lake County. He provided detectives with a full confession, saying that he has done this to between 300-400 women, including juveniles.”
Investigators seized his phone, authorities said.
Online records show Lake County deputies arrested him on behalf of their Polk County counterparts, and put him in the local jail, where he remains as of Sunday.
Meanwhile, the store’s general manager had been fully cooperative, giving detectives Kilpatrick’s work schedule and the store surveillance footage dating back to the middle of August, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said.
A court hearing is set for Friday.
