Right now, Christopher Leron Kilpatrick, 23, is just charged with exposure of sexual organs, exposure of sexual organs as a second offense and simple battery, but authorities say the investigation is ongoing and he could face more charges.

“What he did to get himself arrested and lose his job is quite shocking,” deputies wrote.

According to authorities, a woman said she had visited the store just after 10 a.m. Aug. 31.

“While using the self-checkout, she felt a poke on her lower back. She looked behind her and saw Christopher walking away from her, and she believed he tried to take pictures up her skirt,” the sheriff’s office said.
