A South Carolina woman was reportedly shot and killed on Wednesday by her 3-year-old child who had access to a gun.

Cora Bush, 33, died after being shot at a residence in Spartanburg County. Bush’s mother was interviewed, and police said in a Facebook post that evidence suggests Bush’s toddler child got access to an unsecured gun and shot her. Bush was pronounced dead at a hospital.

An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday. An investigation is ongoing.
