Two North Carolina women were found shot to death late Monday in their home, along with a toddler who was wounded in the shooting.
Greensboro police said the 3-year-old boy is hospitalized in stable condition, the Charlotte Observer reported.
Investigators identified the women as 66-year-old Theressa Little Johnson and 21-year-old Chestani Elizabeth Jones. They said the shooting is being investigated as a homicide but have not said if they have information about a suspect or suspects.
Police did not describe the relationship between the two women and the young boy.
