Zach Bryan has quietly purchased a Massachusetts waterfront mansion for $7.5 million with patios, a green room and sweeping waterfront views earlier this year.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the 28-year-old country crooner bought the five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home that stretches over four levels in April.
Zach was able to keep his famous name off the property records, as he acquired the more than a century-old home under a private company.
The Heading South singer has over 5,000 square feet of living space with hand-crafted woodwork, a fireplace and custom touches throughout.
The house has all the trimmings to host plenty of family and friends including a study, a sunroom and a formal dining room.
Leading to the outside grounds are patios, a sunroom and several decks off the upper level, which offer views of the idyllic waterways below.
The second floor has the main bedroom with a generous ensuite bathroom with expansive water views, a second study and a separate two-bedroom guest suite- perfect for company.
More bedrooms and another bathroom are found atop the third floor, and the lower level has yet another large living space, storage and a workshop.
The Oklahoma native who is dating Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia, 24, a Barstool sports podcaster, have been sharing videos and photos from inside the home.
Brianna is from Massachusetts but recently told fans on TikTok that she still maintains her apartment in New York while spending time in her home state.
FRIGHTENING MOMENT
Earlier this month, the social media influencer detailed a “traumatizing” accident she and the country star were involved in.
“I think I’m nearing a mental breakdown and I’ve been living on a bus for the past month so that doesn’t help,” she told her TikTok followers.
“Two nights ago, Zach and I got into a traumatizing car, like, crash,” she said with her voice shaking.
“It flipped a bunch of times, everything shattered, and thank God we had our seatbelts on but there was a lot of blood and we thought we were like saying goodbye to each other.”
Zach needed medical attention after suffering a “huge gash” but affirmed that she and the singer are “okay.”
“We are happy and alive,” she concluded to her fans.
HELPING HAND
Just last month Zach was praised after jumping to help the people of Nebraska after devastating tornados touched down in the state.
The country star was spotted helping with the cleaning efforts in Elkhorn, just days after playing two shows in Des Moines, Iowa.
While Zach performed in Des Moines, Iowa during his The Quittin’ Time Tour, Tornado warnings were issued for states.
Zach helped out a community just outside of Omaha, Nebraska after the tornadoes had blown through.
The Heading South singer, along with other volunteers, was seen helping the tornado survivors after the severe storm damaged nearly 180 homes and killed one.
