The 22-year-old singer reshared the Story, which promoted the track, No Control, from her 2022 album, Coping Mechanism.
In the emotional lyrics, Willow sang: “And I’m stuck to the ceiling, barely feeling.
“All my control is gone. All my control is gone.”
The daughter of Will Smith, 55, and Jada Pinkett-Smith, 52, also added an emoji of a woman kneeling above the album cover.
The rock song opened with: “I know I said I’d fix it all, but then I drank and smoked too much.”
Willow’s brother, Jaden, 25, was recently caught having a wild night out in Paris, France.
IN THE CITY OF LIGHTS
In early October, the After Earth actor was spotted with a group of friends on the sidewalk.
Jaden held an empty champagne flute in one hand while clutching a sports bag in the other.
He sang High School Musical songs loudly with his pals.
When Jaden noticed he was being filmed, the star increased his volume and sang for the cameras.

His friends messed around and sang alongside him.
Just a day before his boozy singing, the singer brought the party to a Loulou restaurant in the City of Lights.
At one point, Jaden went to a stranger’s table to sing and dance with them.
At a different table, he laughed while picking up a chair and dancing with it over his head while the other guests remained seated.
‘INNER DEMONS’
About a month before Jaden’s boozy behavior, Willow sparked concern with an image hinting at her somber mood.
In the image, a huge warrior stood dwarfing a much smaller man.
The gigantic warrior was labeled: “Inner demons,” while the man facing back was titled: “Willow.”
Jada and Will share their two kids: Jaden and Willow, alongside Will’s son Trey, 30, from a previous relationship.
‘OVERWHELMING HOPELESSNESS’
Jada’s tell-all memoir, Worthy, will be released in bookstores on Tuesday, October 17.
In the revealing pages posted on People, the Red Table Talk alum opened up about mental health and her ongoing battle with severe depression.
Jada confessed to suffering from complex trauma with post-traumatic stress disorder and dissociation, in which she felt disconnected from herself and the rest of the world.
The Gotham actress wrote: “For two decades, I had been putting on a good face, going with the flow, telling everyone I was okay.
“Yet underneath, bouts of depression and overwhelming hopelessness had smoldered until they turned into raging hellfire in my broken heart.”
