Angus Mitchell was the only child of world-famous professional hairstylist, Paul Mitchell.
He tragically lost his life in January 2024, per TMZ.
According to the outlet, Honolulu police were called to his home around 6 a.m. on Wednesday, January 3, to identify a male body seemingly drowned in a pool.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, with an official cause of death yet to come.

Just days prior to his sudden death, Angus took to his Instagram account to share a holiday photo of his family, captioned:
“Who’s ready to wrap 2023 and head into the new year?! Cheers to 2024 from my family to yours.”
As the co-owner of Paul Mitchell Systems, Angus traveled the world on behalf of the company attending various hair events, per his personal bio on the Paul Mitchell website.
He also worked closely with PanCAN, a charity foundation meant to support those affected by pancreatic cancer – what his father, Paul, died from in 1989.
Was Angus Mitchell married?
Angus Mitchell was married three times.
His first marriage was to Michelle Raab.
The two tied the knot in Hawaii in 2010, but the marriage ended after three years.
In 2014 he married Sian Mitchell, with whom he shared his only child, Dylan.
A source told the Daily Mail that Angus filed for divorce 19 days after Sian gave birth to Dylan in 2015.
Angus married his third wife, Mara Mitchell, in Oahu in 2022.

Paul Mitchell was a famous Scottish-American hairstylist born on January 27, 1936.
He co-founded the hair care manufacturer John Paul Mitchell Systems in 1980 and also ran hairdressing schools across the world.
Paul was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 1988 and passed away on April 21, 1989, in Los Angeles, California.
