RENOWNED Indian actor Randeep Hooda announced that he is set to marry his longtime girlfriend Lin Laishram in November 2023.
The pair have reportedly been dating for a long time, but it wasn’t until much later that they made their relationship Instagram official.

Linthoingambi “Lin” Laishram is an Indian model, actress, and entrepreneur hailing from Manipur.
She started her career as a model, having been discovered by Elite Modeling Agency in Mumbai.
She quickly became a regular at various fashion events, including the India Fashion Week, New York Bridal Week, and more.
Lin is also often seen in print and commercial advertisements all over India and the world.

Lin’s passion appears to lie in acting, given that she studied at the New York Stella Adler in the Art of Acting and did theater work for three years with Motley by Naseeruddin Shah, Pravah Theatre Lab by Neeraj Kabi, and Rangbaaz.
In 2014, she starred in the critically acclaimed film Mary Kom alongside Priyanka Chopra.

In an announcement posted on X, formerly Twitter, and Instagram, Hooda shared that they were to marry in Lin’s hometown and have a reception in Mumbai.

“Taking a leaf out of Mahabharata where Arjuna married Manipuri Warrior Princess Chitrangada, we are getting married with the blessings from our families and friends,” the announcement read.
“We are filled with immense joy to share that our marriage will take place on the 29th of November 2023, Imphal, Manipur, followed by a reception in Mumbai.
“As we set to embark on this journey, we seek your blessings and love for this union of cultures, for which we are forever indebted and grateful.”

Who is Randeep Hooda?
Born on August 20, 1976, in Rohtak, Haryana, India, Randeep Hooda is an Indian actor and equestrian.
A prominent figure in Hindi cinema, he has starred in a long list of films, including Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster, Rang Rasiya, Highway, and Sarbjit.
He made his Hollywood debut in 2020, when he starred in the action thriller movie Extraction alongside Chris Hemsworth.
Randeep is also a professional equestrian and regularly joins polo, show jumping, and dressage events.
In 2019, the actor bagged the silver medal at the National Equestrian Championship held in Mumbai.
Before dating Lin, Randeep notably had a years-long relationship with Miss Universe 1994 winner Sushmita Sen.
They dated from 2004 to 2006.
When they split, Randeep said: “The break-up was the best thing that happened to me and I realized that I gave it too much time in my life. It freed my energy to do things for myself.”
