Who is Jewel’s ex-husband, Ty Murray?
Ty Murray is a professional rodeo cowboy born on October 11, 1969, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Ty grew up in a rodeo household with his father teaching him the ropes when he was only two years old.
While attending high school, Ty competed in the 1987 Arizona National High School Rodeo Association all-around championship where he took home the winning title.
The following year, Ty went on to join the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA).
Throughout his career, Ty became a seven-time PRCA All-Around World Champion and two-time PRCA Bull Riding World Champion.
However, in 2002, Ty Murray announced his retirement from the sport.
Since retiring from the rodeo, Ty became a commentator for CBS’ Professional Bull Riders program.
How many children does Jewel have?
Jewel has one child which she shares with Ty Murray. The two welcomed Kase Townes Murray on July 11, 2011.

In December 2023, TMZ reported Jewel getting cozy with actor Kevin Costner.
The outlet reported pictures of the two at Richard Branson’s Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands.
A source told TMZ: “There was definitely something going on. They were flirty, and when they were together, it was like they both just lit up.”
“You could tell they were trying to be discreet, but anybody who saw them could tell something was going on,” said another.
Their rumored relationship comes after Kevin’s divorce from Christine Baumgartner in May 2023.
