Who is Jang Won-young?
Jang Won-young, who also goes by Wonyoung, was born on August 31, 2004, in Ichon-dong, Seoul, South Korea.
The megastar is a member of Starship Entertainment’s girl group called IVE, alongside An Yu-jin, Liz, Gaeul, Leeseo, and Rei.
According to Korea JoongAng Daily, the group “has been praised for its catchy music and top-notch choreography, becoming one of the most notable acts in the K-pop industry.”
Won-young was previously part of Iz*one, which was a South Korean-Japanese girl band that was created during the Mnet reality competition television series, Produce 48.
The singer has also amassed a large social media following, with 8.4million followers on her Instagram page, @for_everyoung10.

Won-young stands at 5 feet, 8 inches tall, making her the same height as bandmate Yu-jin.
