Who is Arnold Schwarzenegger’s girlfriend Heather Milligan?
Born on November 9, 1974, Heather Milligan is a physical therapist by profession.
She is best known for being the girlfriend of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
According to Heather’s Twitter account, she has her own practice called Elite Ortho Sport, where she treats professional athletes for their sports injuries.
She has even participated in Schwarzenegger’s famous strength competition, the Arnold Strongman Classic, by treating some of the participants.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that was published on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, Arnold told the outlet he had a “wonderful girlfriend” and called Heather “very successful.”
“I’m really proud of her, and I love her,” he said of Heather.
How long have Arnold and Heather been dating?
The couple has been together since 2013 after they were spotted kissing in Santa Monica.
For some, a 28-year age gap could be a problem, but not for these two.
10 years after they were first seen together, they are as loved up as ever.

During their time together, the two have traveled the world, including trips to Europe and throughout quarantine, the pair were often seen getting some fresh air and biking around their neighborhood.

Arnold and Heather do not share any children. However, Arnie has five kids of his own.
He has four with his ex-wife Maria Shriver – Katherine (1989), Christina (1991), Patrick (1993), and Christopher (1997).
He is also father to Joseph Baena, who was born on October 2, 1997, after Arnie had an affair with his housekeeper.
Joseph was born just five days after his son Christopher.
When did Arnold and Maria divorce?
Before Arnie met Heather, he was married to Maria Shriver.
He met the television journalist, who is the niece of President John F. Kennedy, at the Robert F. Kennedy Tennis Tournament in August 1977.
They got married in 1986, but unofficially ended their marriage of 25 years in May 2011.
After over a decade, since Maria filed her request for a divorce in 2011, she and Arnold officially divorced on December 29, 2021.
In his interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Arnold called the divorce “very, very difficult in the beginning.”
He said he still loved Maria and said the two are “good friends and very close.”
“If there’s Oscars for how to handle divorce, Maria and I should get it for having the least amount of impact on the kids,” he said.
