‘We didn’t’: Graham Potter impressed by one aspect of Tottenham’s game

Chelsea manager Graham Potter has praised Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur for the way they defended in the London derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday afternoon, as quoted in Football.London.

Tottenham got the better of Chelsea 2-0 at home in the Premier League on Sunday.

Oliver Skipp put Spurs in the lead a minute into the second half.

And then late on, Tottenham and England international striker Harry Kane found the back of the net to secure the points for Conte’s side.

Chelsea boss Potter has said that his side did not create too many chances and has praised Tottenham’s defence.

Impressive

In our view, Tottenham Hotspur were very good against Chelsea in the London derby on Sunday afternoon.

Tottenham defended well and also scored two very good goals.

Now, the Blues have been struggling for goals under manager Graham Potter, and it will probably not come as a surprise to anyone that they could not score against Tottenham.

However, as Potter noted, the Tottenham defence played well.

Cristian Romero in defence was particularly brilliant.

We believe that Tottenham deservedly picked up all three points from the Premier League match against Chelsea at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
