Liverpool loanee Tyler Morton waxes lyrical about Stefan Bajcetic
The teenager was put into the side as the Reds’ defensive midfielder as Fabinho has struggled for form this campaign and shone. Even when playing as the left-sided No.8 in the Merseyside Derby, the Spaniard had a claim for being the best player on the pitch.
Clearly, Liverpool have a special young player in Stefan Bajcetic and it seems Tyler Morton has always been aware of that.

He opened, “It is not Champions League but it is what I needed. It is perfect. Coming here was, in my head, a step up: try and play every game and go outside academy football because I didn’t want to be in there for too long, even though I enjoyed it. I came here to be a professional footballer.”

On Stefan Bajcetic, Liverpool loanee Tyler Morton said, “I do get asked that question (about Bajcetic) but I am my own player. Stefan is a top quality footballer and a really nice guy.”
“I was absolutely buzzing for him watching him play. Stefan is my mate, team-mate, competition, all in one. I am not a thinker like: ‘Oh, it could have been me.’ I am thinking what I can change now to help me”, Morton concluded.
Considering a huge talent such as Tyler Morton rates Stefan Bajcetic as highly as he does just goes to show that the Merseyside-based club have struck gold with him.
