Tottenham wonderkid Romaine Mundle has now scored a remarkable goal for the Under-21 side.
What’s the story?
Well, the 19-year-old is very highly rated at Spurs.
Mundle has already made himself a regular in first-team training at Hotspur Way, and has recently started to feature on the bench for Tottenham in Premier League action.
The teenager is seemingly making an impact in training, as footage showed him embarrassing Pierre-Emile Højbjerg with some quick feet.
In fact, the Dane almost injured Mundle with his two-footed lunge.
Now, Mundle has embarrassed someone other than Højbjerg – the Blackburn Under-21 side to be more precise.
The London-born winger waltzed through the entire Rovers midfield and defence to put Tottenham’s young guns 2-0 up on Saturday with a mesmeric goal, in which he pulled off a daring ball roll before firing home.
You can see his strike below.
Unfortunately, despite Mundle’s goal putting Tottenham 2-0 up, Blackburn fought back to win 3-2 in the Premier League 2 clash.

Tottenham have to give Mundle his debut
Tottenham find themselves in a worrying position with Mundle.
The English prospect finds himself out of contract in July.
Football London believe talks are ongoing over a new deal, although nothing is certain with other Premier League sides monitoring Mundle’s situation.
One thing Tottenham should do to help convince the teenager that his future lies in N17 is give him his senior debut.

Despite impressing for the Under-21 side and also in training, Mundle is yet to actually make his first-team debut for Spurs, so that is one thing Cristian Stellini must do between now and the end of the season.
If Mundle still wants to leave after that, then he is entitled to do what he wants.
However, if Tottenham lose this bright talent without even giving him a chance, it would be a hugely disappointing situation.
