Jack Grealish has labelled Alex Scott as a ‘top, top talent’ on Twitter after playing against the Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United transfer target on Tuesday night.
Manchester City beat Championship side Bristol City 3-0 in the FA Cup, with Alex Scott, who has been likened to Grealish because of his low socks and playing style, starting the game and impressing Paul Merson.
There is a lot of talk that a number of Premier League clubs, including Antonio Conte’s Tottenham and Eddie Howe’s Newcastle, are keen on the expert ball carrier.

And whilst Bristol City were dumped out of the FA Cup by the champions of England, they put on a very strong showing, including a number of quality moments from Scott.
After the game, the 19-year-old shared that Manchester City’s £100 million man, who was also balling it out in the Championship a number of seasons ago, is his favourite player.
And Grealish responded to that by sending the highly-rated Englishman the following message.

ALEX SCOTT IS PREMIER LEAGUE BOUND
It won’t be too long before there is another low-socks-wearing player donning the Premier League stage because it’s a matter of time for Scott.
Bristol City would love to keep him on board and help the team earn promotion. But, in truth, they have an outside chance under Nigel Pearson this season.
But, if Scott does leave in the summer, then they should do everything in their power to demand as much money as possible, and then use that to fly forward themselves.
