THE View’s Ana Navarro has revealed the secrets she uses to lose weight.
The daytime show host has been shedding the pounds in recent months and fans have praised her work thus far.

This week, Ana, 51, took to her Instagram Stories to answer fan questions.
One fan asked: “You look great …how did you do it ….love your personality.”
She answered: “The journey began in 2022. I had turned 50 and went with my sister-friends to a fat farm in Mexico. It’s gone from there…”
In a social media post back in June, Ana revealed that the place she went to was called Rancho La Puerta – which is also an exercise and wellness spa.
A one-week stay at the “family-owned and operated” resort starts at about $5,000 and can cost upwards of $7,500.
She also revealed that she “came back six pounds lighter” and had plenty of inspiration to “get healthier.”
In the second fan question, they asked: What’s your secret to weight loss? You are looking f**king fabulous.”
Ana wrote back: “I’m doing EVERYTHING legal under the sun. Have trainers, PB coaches, pilates instructors, doctors, acupuncturists, and even a Chinese herbalist!”

On October 14, Ana continued to show off her stunning weight loss journey while sporting an Inter Miami CF Lionel Messi jersey.
The 51-year-old flaunted her slim figure in the loose-fitting black and pink shirt.

She matched the look with skintight black leggings and had her brunette hair styled in a blowout.
The news anchor wore light glam makeup as she spoke to her followers about current news in the soccer realm.
“Good morning you all. Look at me, I have on an athletic costume. Actually, I want to thank the people who sent me this jersey,” she began.
“It’s a Lionel Messi jersey and as you all know, I know nothing about soccer or football however you call it but he’s now in Miami.
“I think this is an Inter Miami jersey and he’s brought such enthusiasm and excitement to our community. Unified as all sorts of people are going to the games.”
“I haven’t gone to one yet but I intend to. Is the season still going on? I don’t even know,” she admitted.
She went on to explain how she received the jersey in the mail in honor of Lionel Messi’s brand-new documentary Messi Meets America on Apple TV.
Ana also encouraged fans to watch the new David Beckham documentary on Netflix.
The ABC correspondent star twirled for the camera and showed off her slimmer-than-ever figure from multiple angles.
The ABC News star captioned her post: “The weather is dreadful in NYC today, so I’m in my hotel room making videos and talking about all sorts of stuff. Miami has gone crazeee over @leomessi playing for @intermiamicf. Even I’m getting in the spirit.”
“If you are a soccer fan -and even if you’re not, I have two recommendations for you: ‘Messi Meets America’ on @appletv and ‘Beckham’ -the story of @davidbeckham- on @netflix. I watched it. So good,” she closed.
HER SPECIAL ‘DIET’
Back in August, The View host went on a luxury trip due to her new “diet.”
Over her summer hiatus from the show, Ana took advantage of the time off and ventured on a three-week getaway overseas with her husband, Al Cárdenas.

On August 30, she shared photos of herself showing off her recent weight loss in bathing suits and tiny dresses.

Upon her return, the star revealed not only did she not gain any weight during her food-filled trip to Greece and Turkey but actually lost some.
When she came back from her vacay, the TV star posted a sweet video of her and her dog snuggling as they reunited.
In the caption, she shared with fans: “I’m baaaaaaaaack! I drank and ate like if the world was coming to an end, and didn’t gain any weight.
“Yes, I swam, walked like a camel, hiked like a goat, danced…but, also, there’s something to be said for the Mediterranean diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grilled meats.
“I haven’t seen a pancake in a month. The diet there has much less processed sugar and preservatives.”
Ana added that she’s now a “convert” of this type of eating, though she’s still “dying for a Cuban croqueta preparada.”

Fans flooded the comment section on her adorable video and let Ana know how “marvelous” she looked.
They even shared their own experience with eating delicious food from other countries.
One follower exclaimed: “Welcome home! Definitely enjoy the better, less processed food of other countries!”

Also in October, many fans had their jaws on the floor when they saw Ana’s Instagram post.
She shared a photoset of herself with a couple of friends while flaunting her curves.
Ana captioned her photoset: “We have been friends for 43 years, since we were little girls at @carrolltonsacredheart. Now, we’re menopausal.”
She continued: “We’ve changed cities, changed careers, changed hair colors, changed men – multiple men. We’ve buried parents and siblings, had highs and lows, successes and failures. If you are lucky enough to have life-long friends, hold on to them cuz they remember all the stuff you forgot or want to forget.”
The star concluded: “Thank you, dear @xabieroteizasukalde for always making me feel at home at @casaxabi, my favorite Spanish restaurant in Miami.”
Ana posed alongside her friends, clad in a black long-sleeved top with a cut-out detail.
She appeared in several of the photos, grinning with her best girlfriends.
But it wasn’t the photos that caught readers’ attention.
It was the fact that she mentioned the women had been friends for 43 years.
One fan wrote: “That’s a lie youre 23.”
Another agreed: “There’s NO WAY you aren’t in your 20s, Ana!”
Several others weighed in on how great they thought Ana looked in the photoset.
The consensus was that she couldn’t be as old as she purported to be — but no tricks, that’s how old she really is.
