The singer is the son of actor Tim Healy, 71, and Loose Women panellist Denise Welch, 64.
The Sun revealed in December that he has been dating a Canadian model after his split from FKA Twigs.
It is early days as a pal said: “Matty and Charlotte have been quietly dating for a number of weeks and are head over heels for each other.
“They have been really subtle about being seen together, but backstage at his gigs, Charlotte is often there.
“Although they haven’t gone public yet, it is only a matter of time.”
Matty split from FKA Twigs in June after the pair drifted apart.
Sources at the time insisted the split was amicable, blaming “work commitments.”
