Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge has congratulated Tottenham Hotspur star Son Heung-min for his history-making display on Saturday.
The Spurs forward became the first Asian player to reach 100 Premier League goals with his effort against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Son curled a superb effort into the top corner from outside the penalty area in the 10th minute of the game to reach the milestone.

Bridge, covering the game on Sky Sports, lauded the 30-year-old’s “outstanding” finish and said it would give him a huge boost.
Son has endured a difficult campaign for the most part, looking like a shadow of the player he was last season.
He went from sharing the Golden Boot with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah to still being in single figures in the top flight.
“It’s been a disappointing season for last year’s joint Golden Boot winner but that was outstanding from Son,” said Bridge (8/4/23, 15:19)
“That’ll give him a real boost as he’s lacked confidence over the last few months.

‘Significant factor in his decline’
In March, ESPN published an article looking at what went wrong under Antonio Conte.
They mentioned Son’s drop in form this season, suggesting the former Spurs manager’s training regime played a part.

‘Sources close to multiple players believe Conte’s training regime is a significant factor in his decline,’ they wrote of the £22million star.
‘Many citing the repetitive nature eventually alienating a group once willing to exhaust themselves if the end product was worth it.’
It has been a grueling season, with the World Cup also playing a part, and it’s not surprising that Son has struggled for form.
However, his efforts on Saturday show that form is temporary but class is permanent.
