TEEN Mom star Kailyn Lowry has dropped a massive hint that she secretly welcomed another baby with cryptic podcast quotes.
The MTV alum has not previously opened up about her rumored pregnancies, though fans have continued to speculate.

During the latest episode of Coffee Convos, which Kailyn cohosts with her BFF Lindsie Chrisley, the former Teen Mom star opened up about changes with her body.
She said during the conversation: “You said your body has just changed. I know mine is more related to the amount of kids that I keep having, but more so like my hips change.
“So yes, the jeans in theory would fit because that is the size that I should be but they don’t fit because my hips have changed through each child.”
Kailyn continued: “I got back to the same size after Creed that I was in right before Lux, like I did at some point get back but those jeans didn’t fit me.
“I don’t know if my hips stayed wider or fat was in different places.”
She did not directly admit that she was pregnant, though it’s been rumored that she’s expecting twins with boyfriend Elijah Scott, nor did she address reports she quietly welcomed a fifth child in 2022.
CANDID CONFESSION
Earlier this week, Kailyn appeared to slip and confess that she’s pregnant.
She shared a video clip from a recent episode of Coffee Convos on Instagram that showed her answering a question.
In the snippet, she opened up to Lindsie, 33, about how chaotic her life has been being a mom to four boys.
“I feel like all I do is have kids and buy gas. That’s all I do,” she joked in the clip.
A fan shared the snippet on a Teen Mom message board where fans questioned if Kailyn was hinting that she had more kids than she’s previously let on.
“She says ‘have kids’ not ‘cart around kids’ or anything like that. Have kids, present tense. (I know she HAS them but the wording is weird, right?),” one person noted in the comments.
Another criticized: “It’s not even a cute joke. Like if she was saying constantly cooking, feeding, bathing, diapering, etc. it would be more relatable.”

Meanwhile, other commenters called out the fact that the reality TV alum appeared to have a swollen face, which is a common sign of pregnancy.
“Her face looks very swollen. I’m concerned for her health,” one person wrote.
Another agreed, writing: “Hm I don’t like feeding into the drama but cmon… that’s a pregnancy face if I’ve ever seen one.”

PREGNANCY BUZZ
Rumors have been swirling that Kailyn is expecting twins, which would be her sixth and seventh child.
She is said to have welcomed her fifth child in November 2022 with Elijah, 25, though she has not yet confirmed.
Kailyn is already a mom to Isaac, 13, whom she shares with ex Jo Rivera; Lincoln, nine, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin; and Lux, six, and Creed, three, with her former boyfriend Chris Lopez.
Fans have picked up on a number of online clues that Kailyn is pregnant and have become convinced it’s twins.
Photos surfaced appearing to show her sporting a bump, which sparked the buzz.
The U.S. Sun exclusively obtained the photos, which showed Kailyn and her apparent baby belly running errands near her home in Delaware.
She had on a tight black top and biker shorts in the photos.
Weeks later, the 16 & Pregnant alum was again seen in photos with what appeared to be a baby bump.
Her belly looked larger than it did in previous pics as she exited her podcast studio.
In those photos, Kailyn was rocking sweatpants and a loose-fitting T-shirt.
