TEEN Mom’s Kailyn Lowry has announced that she has practically no relationship with her first baby daddy Jo Rivera.
Kailyn, 32, and Jo were on MTV’s show 16 & Pregnant when she was pregnant with Isaac, 14 – her eldest child and the only baby she had with Jo.
She spoke about her relationship with Jo on a recent episode of her Coffee Convos podcast, as reported by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup.
In the episode, she revealed that she doesn’t communicate with Jo anymore.
“Like, we have no communication whatsoever. We don’t talk,” she said.
A fan had previously claimed that she and Jo’s co-parenting relationship had improved, but Kailyn adamantly disagreed.
She stated that her co-parenting relationship with Javi Marroquin, the father of her son Lincoln, 10, has improved the most.
The duo only speak through email, but she said, “We are so cordial.”
Even if they have to speak in public at one of Lincoln’s events, they are very cordial and don’t argue.
She then revisited her relationship with Jo and said, “We don’t communicate at all. We don’t text, there’s nothing.”
The Teen Mom’s co-host Lindsie Chrisley asked how they co-parent Isaac if they don’t communicate.
Kailyn revealed that they send minimal text messages to make arrangements for Isaac.

“Jo and I have been like this for a long time. I don’t know when it started or why it started…I’m not hurt by it; I’m not upset by it.
“But with that can come feelings of resentment,” she added.
However, she admitted that she will need to have important discussions with Jo as Isaac gets older.
NOT SO CO-PARENTING
Teen Mom fans on Reddit heard the podcast episode and dragged Kailyn for her relationship with Jo.
One said, “Oh, she’s back on the merry-go-round of which baby daddy she’s cool with. All I hear is ‘He hasn’t flirted with me in years so we don’t communicate.'”
“She’s mad he’s not pining after her and playing back-and-forth games like she does with all her other baby daddies,” added another.
A third asked, “God, is she just not in good graces with anyone?”
“What I’m getting from this is that the ice is coming from Jo and she can’t melt it for the first time ever, so she doesn’t like that,” commented a user.
A fifth said, “Jo is d**ned if he does and d**ned if he doesn’t with Kail.
“He’s the only ex that she shares a child with who decided long ago to get off the Ferris wheel of extreme highs and extreme lows with her and just be neutral.”
Many fans on the Reddit thread were happy that Jo distanced himself from Kailyn.
