Briana DeJesus has opened up about her depression while flashing her bare stomach for a new post.
The Teen Mom star gave fans a concerning life update after many had been speculating a potential pregnancy.
Briana, 29, uploaded a full-body selfie to her Instagram Story while wearing sweatpants and a T-shirt, which she had pulled up to reveal her stomach.
She posted from the side to show off her slimmer frame and flat stomach, despite rumors about potentially covering a baby bump recently.
As she stood with her hair in a messy bun and sweats, Briana declared, “No ozempic just depression lmao.”
She added that she was looking for a personal trainer, due to wanting to “gain some healthy weight and some muscle.”
The MTV star continued to make some concerning moves on social media, first deleting all posts off her Instagram feed.
She next took to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Thursday with a few questionable tweets.
“My heart broke into a million pieces and I just have to pick them all up and try to put it back together,” she wrote.
She shared a similar tweet on Tuesday, writing, “Maybe its bc my life is in shambles rn but I need to do something drastic.”
Briana’s posts come as fans have been questioning whether or not Briana was expecting her third child with her new boyfriend.

Briana started dating her new boyfriend last year, officially launching the relationship on Instagram in April 2023.
While she has yet to disclose her boyfriend’s name, his IG profile says he’s a Philadelphia native who moved to Florida – where Briana resides with her two kids.
Over the past few weeks, Briana has been dropping hints that she and her new boo may just be welcoming a baby.
In mid-January, the TV star tweeted out: “Cant wait to have my mans baby.”
Days later, she shared a photo of her messaging her mystery man.
The screenshot showed Briana’s text conversation, opting to keep her man’s persona hidden as she added a large “Bae” gif over his contact info.
The pic showed Briana messaging back to back, with the first message referring to him as “daddy.”
PCOS DIAGNOSIS
While some speculated a possible pregnancy, Briana opened up about her recent medical diagnosis shortly before, revealing she may not be able to have any more children.
Toward the end of last year, the MTV star informed fans that she had been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, commonly referred to as PCOS.
Taking to X once more, she wrote, “Ya girl got diagnosed with pcos recently & theres so many cysts in my ovaries they stopped counting.”
“Knowing that Nova and Stella may possibly be the only kids I have or birthed is such a weird thing to come to terms to but cheers to the lord above, its all in ur hands now,” she added.
