According to London World, Tottenham are growing increasingly confident of signing Wilfried Zaha at the end of the season on a free transfer.
The Crystal Palace icon looks set to leave the Eagles at the end of the season and finally earn himself a move to one of the Premier League’s big boys.
Spurs are keen, and by the sounds of it, they think they’ll get there man.
So, if Zaha goes to Spurs, where does he fit in? Is he a starter? Or a rotation option?
Well, according to Ray Parlour, Zaha is better than Spurs’ current first-choice right winger in the shape of Dejan Kulusevski.
Indeed, speaking to talkSPORT last year, Parlour directly compared Zaha to Kulusevski and stated that he’d rather have the Ivorian in his team.

Better than Kulusevski
Parlour was asked to compare the two players.
“I think I would go Zaha (over Kulusevski). Kulusevski has been absolutely brilliant but I like Zaha. He can be a little bit inconsistent at times, you’ve got to be more consistent if you’re gonna play top level, or you won’t be in the side,” Parlour said.
Higher ceiling
Zaha may be slightly ahead of Kulusevski right now, but in terms of potential, there’s only one winner.
Make no mistake about it, at the age of just 22, Kulusevski has so much room to grow and improve, while at the age of 30, Zaha may soon be past his best.
However, right now, Zaha is arguably the slightly more refined player, and that’s what matters to Spurs as they try to finally win some silverware with the final remaining remnants of the ‘golden era’ of Mauricio Pochettino’s squad.
