SOFIA Vergara’s new man Justin Saliman finalized his divorce from actress Bree Turner before his date with the America’s Got Talent host.
Sofia, 51, was spotted on a date with orthopedic surgeon Justin, 49, on Friday night in Los Angeles after her split from Joe Manganiello in July.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal Justin is no stranger to divorce, as his ex-wife Bree filed to end their union on March 2, 2018, after nearly 10 years of marriage.
The Grimm actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their divorce, court papers claim.
She requested spousal support and asked the court to terminate his right to alimony.
Bree requested they share legal and physical custody of their two young children.

In Justin’s response on April 13, 2018, he requested spousal support from her and demanded the court terminate her right to alimony.
But on June 22, 2018, Justin was ordered to pay temporary spousal support to Bree in the amount of $4,571, as well as $3,183 in child support for their two kids.

In their divorce judgment filed on November 20, 2019, they agreed to joint physical and legal custody of their daughter and son.
He has been ordered to pay her $3,000 in spousal support until April 30, 2025 or until she remarries.
As for child support, he has been ordered to pay $4,000 a month until the children are 19 years old.

Justin is a successful orthopedic surgeon who has offices in both Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.
Joe and Sofia announced their split in July with a joint statement that read: “We have made the difficult decision to divorce.
“As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect for our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
Two days after releasing the announcement, Joe filed for divorce from Sofia after seven years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
As for Joe, he has moved on with actress Caitlin O’Conner.
