SOFIA Vergara has shocked fans with an unrecognizable new look in a preview for her upcoming Netflix series.
The actress recently shared a short trailer for her new show, Griselda, which is set to begin streaming on January 25.

“Can’t wait to share this project with you! For the last ten years it has been my passion to bring this to you and its almost here!” Sofia wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
The teaser showed Sofia, 51, looking unrecognizable while taking on the role of Griselda Blanco, a real-life Colombian businesswoman who created one of the most successful cartels in history.
While the Modern Family actress has been known for her beauty and youthful appearance, Sofia’s newest role has her looking completely different.
The trailer gave followers a quick preview of her look, showing the Emmy-nominated actress with a bigger nose shape and wrinkles around her face.

The quick moment showed the America’s Got Talent judge giving a smolder at the camera, rocking a head of curly hair, a gold necklace, and a V-neck blouse.
She had noticeable lines around her eyebrows as she fully got into character to take on the “Cocaine Godmother.”
Fans commented on Sofia’s look in the exciting preview, with one writing: “Congrats Sofia you really came out of the ‘pretty girl’ shell and move on to an impactful role. I can’t wait to watch your performance!”
A second joked: “You are still too good looking to be Griselda,” while a third similarly said: “They could never make you as unattractive as she was.”

Along with her acting career, Sofia has also solidified herself in the world of competition shows as a judge on AGT over the past few years.
However, between the end of AGT’s recent finale at the end of September and the launch of the new Netflix show in January, she has decided to enjoy a tropical getaway to her Caribbean home.
The star is currently relaxing on a sunny vacation at her vacation spot, Casa Chipi Chipi.
Most recently, the Hollywood star flaunted some major cleavage as she took some time off at the holiday abode, formerly shared with her ex-husband Joe Manganiello.
While Sofia and Joe made headlines with their divorce over the summer, it seems she may be entering 2024 not only with a new show – but also with a new love interest by her side.
Before the getaway, Sofia’s fans noticed that she had moved on with a new man, Justin Saliman.
Justin is an orthopedic surgeon who has offices in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.
