SINGER Sia has filed for divorce from her husband Daniel Bernard.
The couple tied the knot in December 2022, with them splitting earlier this week and Sia filing for divorce today.
Sia also shockingly revealed that she and Daniel quietly welcomed a baby 11 months ago, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
Sia gave birth to her daughter, Somersault Wonder Bernard, after previously speaking publicly about fertility issues in her previous marriage.
Sia listed the date of separation as Tuesday, March 18 on the docs.
Citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, it is also claimed in the documents that the pair have an 11-month-old baby named Somersault Wonder Bernard.
Sia is said to be “asking for legal and physical custody of their child”, but is open to visitation rights from the baby’s father.
Sia Furler Dan were first spotted together back in December 2021.
The pair wore matching outfits to conceal their identities while at a Los Angeles premiere of West Side Story.
A while after their first sighting together, Sia and her boyfriend got married in an intimate ceremony with just four other guests.
The pair said their ‘I dos’ at Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana’s Villa Olivetta in Portofino, Italy
The hitmaker once said she struggled with infertility in her previous marriage before meeting Daniel.
She was previously married to ex-husband, filmmaker Erik Anders Lang.
Speaking about their fertility issues in a 2020 interview with InStyle, she said: “We did a lot of IVF, but I still had unexplained infertility.
“Eventually, we did get embryos, but then we also got a divorce, so I wasn’t able to use them.”
She adopted two foster teens in 2019, revealing the happy news in an interview on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up in 2020.
“I actually adopted two sons last year,” she revealed at the time.
“They were both 18 — they’re both 19 years old now,” she went on.
“They were aging out of the foster care system. Yeah, and I love them.”
At the time of revealing her adopted sons, Sia added: “They are both finding it pretty difficult, one more so than the other.
“But they’re both doing things that are really good for them right now, that are really helpful.
“They’re really doing a lot of educational stuff that’s good for them.”
