That’s the conundrum that Senku and his friends have to deal with, following Dr Stone’s impressive return last week with its season 3 anime premiere.
Now, fans are looking ahead to their first proper meal in millennia; but what date and time will Dr Stone season 3 episode 2 release around the world on Crunchyroll?
Dr Stone season 3 episode 2 release date and time
Dr Stone season 3 episode 2 is scheduled to premiere around the world on Thursday, April 13.
The new episode, titled ‘Want = Justice’, will release for OTT streaming via Crunchyroll at the following international times:
- Pacific Time – 7:30 AM
- Eastern Time – 10:30 AM
- British Time – 3:30 PM
- European Time – 4:30 PM
- India Time – 8 PM
- Philippine Time – 10:30 PM
- Australia Eastern Standard Time – 12:30 AM
New episodes from the English dub will premiere at 12:30 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, April 20.
The official Japanese website has provided the following preview synopsis for Dr Stone season 3 episode 2:
“Thanks to the work of Taiju and his friends, the Kingdom of Science has acquired a large wheat field. However, the bread they baked themselves is hard and burnt black. In despair, Senku and his friends decide to wake up a professional chef! They awaken François, a butler and chef who served Ryusui before his petrification. François orders a loaf of bread that can be used as a preservative, and he sets out to fulfill his “want. Meanwhile, Senku also begins to make a certain scientific item to satisfy Minami’s “want” as a reporter.”

Dr Stone season 3 episode 1 ‘New World Order’ opened directly where the Ryusui TV movie ended with Senku, Chrome, and Ryusui arriving on the hot air balloon to the coastal village.

The villagers throw an incredible feast for Senku and Ryusui, but the latter is disgusted when he realizes that every dish is grilled fish; he knows that if he is to survive the next year searching for oil, then he must find another source of food.
The next day, the balloon team are coordinating with Chrome and Ukyo to draw an accurate map of their new world. Thanks to their elevation, they spot a herd of goats in a nearby forest and subsequently hold yet another feast that evening; this time, goat meat is on the menu.
Ryusui is sad to hear that the reason why the coastal village never grew in size was because of a lack of food storage and suggests that they start on agriculture next; next, Kohaku spots a golden foxtail wheat field from the balloon.
With many different members of the village helping out, the Kingdom of Science begins to cultivate their own wheat farms. Their yield is an initial success, but Senku burns the first loaf of bread that they try to roast in a primitive oven…The next person that they need to wake up has to be a professional chef.
