KARDASHIAN fans have been given a glimpse of Kim’s $70 million Malibu mansion.
New images show Kim’s stunning property from a bird’s eye view as workmen prepare to start major renovations on the cliffside Californian home.

Mom-of-four Kim purchased the mansion in September 2022 and is keen to make it her own.
The oceanfront estate, located in one of Malibu’s most coveted neighborhoods, was once owned by supermodel Cindy Crawford.
The 7,400-sq-foot home features 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plus several spacious living areas with views of the surrounding beaches and mountains.
In the new photos, several workmen could be seen working around the property with ladders and other equipment scattered around.
The side of the house that faces the ocean appears to have had windows removed, with plastic sheets up in place instead.
And on the first level of the property, there is yellow tape strewn across the outside where a balcony would normally be.
On the other side of the mansion, there appeared to be some furniture on the terrace, meanings renovations may be taking place inside the property as well.
There are more unfinished doors and windows on the opposite side of the building, but one part of the property that does look pristine is the manicured lawn.
Kim’s new home has a sprawling backyard surrounded by plenty of trees as well as a separate, smaller property.

Kim and her four kids will have exclusive access to a private beach in Malibu, and no doubt they’ll be able to watch stunning sunsets.
Kim is said to have purchased the mansion because she was looking to get a fresh start away from her ex-husband Kanye West following their divorce.
A source told the U.S. Sun last year: “Kaia Gerber, Cindy’s daughter, is good friends with Kendall Jenner and tipped her off to the sale.
“This is the first place she’s bought without Kanye’s input,” the source continued.
“And while she won’t live there full time, she wants somewhere where she can vacation with the kids.”
Last year, Kardashian fans claimed that Kim had spent too much on the property and will ruin its charm with her “boring” aesthetic.
“70million for this? It’s nice but not that nice,” one person wrote on Reddit in September 2022.
“Malibu is so expensive for no reason,” another added. “Like, this doesn’t look like a $70M mansion to be honest.”
A third asked: “70 million only gets you four bedrooms?”
Others were worried Kim will take the dazzling new home and dull it down with her apparent love of all things neutral and white.
