RYAN Seacrest’s ex-girlfriend Aubrey Paige has shared a cryptic message about self-reliance.
In an Instagram Story, Aubrey, 26, seemingly opened up about her heartbreak.
The young model reposted a November 2022 quote from rapper Big Boss Vette, 26.
“At some point, you gotta help you, save you, change you, love you,” the rap star tweeted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Morning Inspo [inspiration],” Audrey captioned the post and added a coffee emoji.
Aubrey’s cryptic message came about after the former couple announced their split.
THE BREAKUP
This past Wednesday, a source revealed to People that the two decided to end their relationship.
“After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Aubrey have mutually decided to part ways,” the source shared.
“They plan to stay in each other’s lives as good friends and support one another’s endeavors.”
A rep for the American Idol host confirmed the split.
The exes dated for about three years before calling it quits.
The former pair first went public with their relationship back in May 2021.
On eastern Long Island’s South Fork, they were spotted in the Hamptons celebrating Memorial Day.

MOVING ON
On the same day of their breakup announcement, Aubrey shared a photo of herself in front of greenery and a pond.
The camera was pointed at her stomach, with her head cut out of the shot.
She paired her gray graphic top with a white pleated skirt.
In one hand, she held a glass of wine to promote her side hustle, Sippin’ on Somethin’, which is a card-drinking game.

On Friday, Ryan, 49, seemed to be in a good mood after his breakup.
While out and about in El Sereno, California, he had a big smile on his face.
While celebrating his 20th anniversary at Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM, Ryan met with fans and handed out prizes.
The TV star wore a navy collared shirt under an open black blazer and matching jeans.
Meanwhile, Pat Sajak’s run as the iconic host of Wheel of Fortune will end in mid-June.
In September, Ryan will take over the reins as host.
