Actor ‘incredibly excited’ about Mint Mobile deal
Ryan and T-Mobile announced the deal in a comedic video on Wednesday (March 15) and revealed he is “incredibly excited” about the acquisition.

“Mint Mobile has been running on T-Mobile’s network since its inception and the reason people have such a geat experience with Mint is due to the T-Mobile network,” the star said.
The actor added that it has an “unrivalled lead in 5G”. Then, T-Mobile CEO Mike Severt confirmed the actor is staying on board with Mint.
“Ryan we are so happy to have you and the whole Mint team join the T-Mobile family,” he said as Ryan claimed it will be “better” than family.
“I’m just absolutely thrilled with every aspect of this new venture,” the Free Guy star added.
Reynolds owns around a quarter of Mint Mobile and will continue to have a hands on role in the company following the acquisition.
Inside his profitable gin deal
This isn’t the first time Ryan has been involved in a big deal.
In February 2018, Ryan acquired a stake in Oregon-based gin company Aviation American Gin and grew it to worldwide fame.
Then, it was sold to British beverage company Diageo in August 2020, who own Tanqueray gin, Smirnoff vodka and Johnnie Walker Scotsh whisky.
The actor stayed on board with the comapny after the $650 million deal and often drives sales with his viral gin tutorials on social media.
