American actress Riley Keough is the eldest grandchild of the late Elvis Presley. Keough was born on May 29, 1989 to Lisa Marie Presley and Danny Keough. She was the former couple’s first child together. They had four children together, three daughters and a son.
Their son Benjamin, Riley’s only brother, tragically died in 2020. He was just 27 years old.
Lisa Marie Presley was the only child of Elvis and Priscilla Presley. She passed away earlier this year after suffering a cardiac arrest. Lisa Marie was just 54 years old at the time of her death. Elvis was just 42 years old when he passed, also from a cardiac arrest.

At the Los Angeles premiere for Daisy Jones And The Six, Riley Keough acknowledged the musical legacy she joins by singing in this new series.

“I’d never really been interested in making music before this show,” Keough admitted. “I was always more interested in film and acting and writing.” She then continued to state that she doesn’t have intentions to release music under her own name, but added “never say never.”
“My grandfather was such an iconic, incredible performer and I certainly wouldn’t want to compare myself to him because he was so beyond amazing,” Keough admits.
Riley was surrounded by music stars growing up
Riley Keough was raised in the 1990s amongst some of the biggest names in music. Born into the Presley and Keough family – her father was also a musician – the actress is no stranger to the music industry.
After Keough’s parents split in 1994, Lisa Marie Presley remarried music icon, Michael Jackson. They were married just 20 days after Lisa Marie split from Danny Keough. But despite the whirlwind start to their marriage, Lisa Marie and Michael were married for two years. They separated in 1996.
Lisa Marie Presley was married to her fourth husband, guitarist and producer Michael Lockwood, for the longest period. They tied the knot in 2006 and remained married until 2016. Together, Lisa Marie and Michael Lockwood had twin daughters, Finley and Harper.
