Daniel Levy is discussing the possibility of sacking Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte during the international break.
That’s according to The Telegraph, who claim that Tottenham are weighing up the decision to axe Conte.
The Italian launched a staggering tirade at his own players after they squandered a 3-1 lead at Southampton to draw 3-3 on Saturday.
Conte raged about his ‘selfish’ players and questioned their ability to play under pressure.
Many have long suspected that Conte didn’t really want to stay at Tottenham but this press conference was the biggest indication yet.
It’s now stated that Levy is talking to his closest confidants to gauge their opinion on sacking Conte.
Levy is taking advice from a number of people and Conte isn’t safe as the international break begins, potentially giving Tottenham a window to make a change.

How much would it cost Tottenham to sack Antonio Conte?
Conte’s contract ends this summer and whilst there is a one-year option on the deal, Tottenham are unlikely to activate it.

90Min now claim that it would actually cost Tottenham a staggering £15million to sack Conte right now.
It’s stated that a clause in Conte’s deal means that, if he is sacked before the end of his contract, he is entitled to a full year’s salary.
That amounts to £15million and Tottenham must now weigh up whether this huge outlay is worth it for the sake of a couple of months.
On the one hand, Tottenham are still fourth in the Premier League table and have a great chance of Champions League qualification despite Saturday’s collapse.
Most long-term appointments won’t be making the move to Spurs right now and sacking Conte would likely see Ryan Mason take the reins.
This situation could be resolved over the international break but it seems likely that Levy will keep Conte in the job until the summer and then part ways.
