Tottenham Hotspur are set to sign winger Dejan Kulusevski permanently despite the absence of Fabio Paratici.
Spurs are going through chaos at the moment with Antonio Conte gone and the search for a new manager firmly on.
Add in that director of football Fabio Paratici has stepped back from his duties after being hit with a worldwide ban and Tottenham are in disarray.
It’s hard to plan for a summer transfer window with no manager and a director of football unable to do his job.
The rumours keep coming though and reports in Italy suggest that Tottenham want to keep Dejan Kulusevski.
Tuttomercatoweb report that Tottenham intend to purchase Kulusevski permanently despite the Conte and Paratici situations.
It’s suggested that Spurs are convinced by Kulusevski and want to keep him for years to come.
Conte and Paratici may have brought Kulusevski to Tottenham from Juventus but everybody else at the club seems to be a big fan too.

How much will Tottenham pay for Dejan Kulusevski?
This one is a little complex.

Fabrizio Romano claimed last summer that Tottenham had an obligation to pay £31million for Kulusevski.
That fee was on two conditions; that Kulusevski played 20 league games this season for at least 45 minutes in each, and if Spurs qualified for the Champions League.
The 22-year-old has made 22 Premier League outings this season and only three were for less than 45 minutes.
That’s one part of the obligation met, but Tottenham may now miss out on Champions League football.
If the obligation conditions aren’t met, then Spurs would instead have the option to sign Kulusevski for the same price.
Tottenham seem ready to pay that kind of money for Kulusevski, activating their option even without top four qualification.
Kulusevski’s form in the second half of the season has been up and down but he clearly has so much quality.
The Swede should be a key player for years to come at Tottenham and it looks like Spurs are pushing for a permanent deal – even without Paratici.
