This approach has been clear in recent years with Leeds investing heavily in their development ranks.
Another prospect appears to be on the way into Elland Road with James Wilson set to join.
The Daily Record report that Hearts talent Wilson has decided on a move to Leeds.
It’s stated that the 16-year-old’s family have been down to Leeds to look around the Whites’ facilities.
Leeds will be paying a fee of around £120,000 for Wilson with a deal seemingly imminent.

Wilson appears to be one of the top young talents in Scottish football.

Wilson was named as the Hearts Academy Player of the Season last term having shown major promise in the Tynecastle ranks.
The teenager has attracted major interest this season and Leeds will be delighted to have won this race.
The Daily Record reported in December that Rangers had been given permission to hold talks with Wilson.
Manchester United started showing an interest too and were looking to hijack Rangers in December according to the Glasgow Evening Times.
Hearts were desperate to keep Wilson and offered him a three-year deal; however, Leeds have now managed to convince Wilson to pick a move to Elland Road.
The hope is that Wilson will emerge as a first-team talent in the coming years, just like Pascal Struijk and Crysencio Summerville.
That may be a long way off yet with Wilson only 16 but Leeds will be ecstatic to have pipped rivals Manchester United to his signature.
