Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Evan Ndicka and sent a scout to watch Eintracht Frankfurt against Napoli on Tuesday.
That’s according to 90Min, who claim that Frankfurt defender Ndicka is a prime target for Spurs ahead of the summer window.
It’s stated that Tottenham sent a scout to watch Frankfurt in action against Napoli in the Champions League.
Napoli ran out 2-0 winners in that game as they continued their simply sensational season.
Tottenham fans may wish that Spurs were watching the likes of Kim Min-jae, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia or Victor Osimhen, but the ship may have sailed on those three.
Ndicka makes more sense for Tottenham and may well have been the reason for Tottenham watching Tuesday’s game in Germany.
Tottenham do also fancy Frankfurt playmaker Daichi Kamada though, who is out of contract just like Ndicka this summer.
