Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have a firm interest in signing midfielder Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich this summer.
The Reds have major needs in midfield this summer with at least two new options needed.
Every day there seems to be a new rumour about a midfielder being on Liverpool’s radar for the summer window.
This time it’s Gravenberch with the Liverpool Echo reporting that the Reds have ‘significant interest’ in signing the Bayern ace.
Sport1 reported February that Liverpool are keen on Gravenberch for this summer and had asked his agents about a move.
Bayern allegedly aren’t too keen on selling but Gravenberch would be at least interested in a move to Anfield.
The sacking of Julian Nagelsmann and arrival of new boss Thomas Tuchel may throw a spanner in the works.
Tuchel will surely give Gravenberch chances to shine in the Bayern side and justify his 2022 move from Ajax.

Bayern forked out £16million to sign Gravenberch last summer but the deal could yet reach around £21million.

Gravenberch had excelled in the Ajax ranks and was being backed for a huge future.
Branded ‘very dominant’ by his former coach Brian Tevreden, Gravenberch was earning comparisons to Paul Pogba.
Bayern invested in Gravenberch as a top talent for the future but he would have surely expected more playing time.
The 20-year-old has only started one Bundesliga game this season whilst coming off the bench 15 times.
That’s a total of just 311 league minutes for Gravenberch, who may feel that this has been a wasted season.
Liverpool are looking for new energy in midfield and a top box-to-box prospect like Gravenberch fits the bill.
Convincing Bayern to sell won’t be easy but Gravenberch may well have his head turned by the Reds if he isn’t promised more football in Germany.
