A claim has been made that Liverpool are weighing up a transfer for Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus.
This report has surfaced on 90 Min as it was revealed on Wednesday that Jurgen Klopp’s men had surrendered in the race to sign Jude Bellingham.
It seems Florian Neuhaus could very well be the transfer alternative to the Englishman for Liverpool ahead of next season.

The German international has been rated as one of the best midfielders in the Bundesliga since first grabbing the headlines during the 2019/2020 season.
In fact, in November 2021, it was reported that the Reds had a strong chance of getting Neuhaus to Anfield.
It seems their interest in a transfer for Florian Neuhaus has resurfaced as Liverpool are claimed to be amongst a number of clubs interested in signing him.
However, the currently 8th placed side are not short of competition, with fellow Premier League clubs such as Manchester City, Arsenal, Newcastle United and Chelsea also keen on his signature.

The Gunners are believed to have scouted him as well, with the likes of Roma, Napoli, Juventus and AC Milan also tempted by a move for him.

Considering Thiago is synonymous with injuries and Liverpool lack an alternative for him, Florian Neuhaus could just be that presence for Liverpool if a transfer gets over the line.
