The report published this morning has reported that Chelsea are reluctant to listen to any offers for Colwill and want to keep him at Stamford Bridge for next season as well.
The 20-year-old central defender is on loan at Brighton and Hove Albion at the moment.
90min have reported that Chelsea feel that the 20-year-old England Under-21 international centre-back has a future at the club.
This will come as a blow for Liverpool.
Goal reported this week that Liverpool are looking to sign a new centre-back in the summer transfer window and have identified Colwill as a possible target.

However, it seems that Chelsea do not want to sell the centre-back to Liverpool or to any other club.

The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners will surely want to see how the youngster does in the first team next season before making a judgement on his future.
