Arsenal face a major battle for Rasmus Hojlund with Chelsea now joining the race for the Atalanta goal machine.
The Gunners already have two strikers at Mikel Arteta’s disposal with Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah in the mix.
Then you have to add in Leandro Trossard and the currently loaned-out Folarin Balogun; Arsenal have some quality attacking options.
Arsenal could still go for another striker this summer with Hojlund believed to be a key target.
Calciomercato claim that Arsenal are in pole position to sign Hojlund this summer.
However, Arsenal now face problems in the race for Hojlund as Chelsea are showing a firm interest.
The Daily Mail claim that Chelsea are in the mix to sign Hojlund for a huge £60million this summer.
It’s stated that Chelsea even invited Atalanta chief Antonio Percassi to Stamford Bridge to watch the Blues face Borussia Dortmund.
Hojlund’s future was a key topic of conversation on that night with Chelsea seemingly primed to move for the Dane.

Who is Arsenal and Chelsea target Rasmus Hojlund?
Hojlund spent time in the ranks of B.93, Brondby and Holbaek before joining Copenhagen in 2017.
Hojlund emerged into the first team in the Danish capital but managed just five goals in 32 appearances.
Copenhagen flogged Hojlund to Sturm Graz in 2022 and may live to regret that decision.
Hojlund smashed 12 goals in 21 games for Sturm Graz, spending just seven months in Austria before being snapped up by Atalanta.
The 20-year-old has already scored eight times in 26 games for Atalanta, but his international exploits have really caught the eye.
Hojlund scored five times in his first two starts for Denmark over the recent international break.
Now being compared to Erling Haaland, Hojlund looks set to find the back of the net pretty regularly over the coming years.
Chelsea need a number nine and Hojlund could be their man – but they will need to beat Arsenal to his signature.
