It’s stated that a deal can be done for €40million (£35million) and both Arsenal and Chelsea are really pushing, believing this deal is too good to pass up.
Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo reported in March that Arsenal had met with Vitor Roque’s representatives.
Edu is seemingly pushing for an exciting deal with Vitor Roque potentially eyed up if Folarin Balogun moves on.

Vitor Roque, 18, has already scored 11 times in 41 games for Athletico Paranaense and is considered to be one of the top teenagers in Brazil.

Tottenham don’t even have a director of football right now as Fabio Paratici has taken a step back from his duties after being hit with a worldwide ban.

Arsenal seem to be accelerating their move for Vitor Roque and they may just be able to really advance their pursuit before Spurs even have their house in order.
Missing out on Vitor Roque would be one thing for Spurs, but seeing him join their bitter North London rivals would really sting.
