RAPPER and singer CupcakKe has used music artist Justin Timberlake’s recent arrest to promote her new song.
The Chicago musician, who’s known for her hypersexualized and comical persona and music, shared a link to her new song on X, previously Twitter, and called Justin out specifically.
“You can stream too Justin Timberlake,” CupCakKe’s post stated.
The tweet featured an emoji of champagne glasses toasting, which is ironic because the name of the song is DUI.
The chorus of the new tune she promoted using Justin’s recent DWI incident that led to him being arrested in New York repeats, “Don’t drink and drive.”
A lot of CupcakKe’s fans responded to her tweet expressing that they found her joke on the hitmaker to be funny.
The post informing X users about her new song, with a little irony at the Cry Me a River singer’s expense, received over 12,000 likes.
“CUPCAKKE PLSSS,” someone replied.
“She’s so messy for this,” a fan chimed in.
“She is the funniest human on planet earth,” another person added.
“Get him on the remix,” one person joked.
The ex-NSYNC member spent a night behind bars earlier this month after getting pulled over in the Hamptons area of Sag Harbor, New York.
The officer who stopped the actor and singer wrote in his police report that he saw Justin run through a stop sign and swerve lanes.
The 24-year-old police officer then issued the pop star a citation for allegedly driving while intoxicated and took him to the station.
Officer Michael Arkinson had only been a Sag Harbor cop for three months when he pulled Justin over.
Despite this, he has already earned the title of the Sag Harbor Nazi and “little red-headed dip**t” for his enforcement style, according to the New York Post.
Timberlake’s Criminal Attorney to the Stars

Justin Timberlake hired Sag Harbor legal eagle Ed Burke Jr for his DWI case
Justin’s attorney has represented a gamut of notable names out east.
In 2015, the attorney represented a pre #MeToo era Matt Lauer in his fight with his Water Mill neighbors to plant trees along his property in an effort to combat noise from adjoining properties that were spooking his horses.
In 2017, Ed represented Harvey Weinstein in a fender bender incident in a parking lot in the Hamptons, where the disgraced movie mogul allegedly tried to drive away.
In 2001, he represented Lizzie Grubman, a nightlife publicist whose car careened into a crowd of 16 people in front of a Hamptons club, before fleeing the scene.
He’s known in the popular vacation area for being a stickler about traffic rules.
Following his night behind bars, the former boy band member broke his silence about the incident not long after while performing in Chicago as part of his Forget Tomorrow tour.
The star hit the stage just days after being hit with the DWI after reportedly telling an arresting officer his legal woes may jeopardize his world tour.
The performance was the N’Sync frontman’s first since he was arrested.
“We’ve been together through ups and downs, lefts and rights, and, um, it’s been a tough week,” he told the audience, regarding his arrest.
“Nothing can change this. I know I’m hard to love sometimes but you keep loving me and I love you right back,” the Trolls star went on. Thank you so much.”
