Tottenham Hotspur are currently looking for a new permanent manager in wake of Antonio Conte’s sacking.
Plenty of names have been doing the rounds in terms of the Spurs vacancy.
The likes of Mauricio Pochettino and Julian Nagelsmann have led the way in terms of speculation.
There have also been other names in the frame, such as Feyenoord’s Arne Slot.
The Independent recently reported that Tottenham have been testing the Dutchman’s interest in the job.

Spurs have apparently been using ‘back channels’ to try and gauge whether Slot would fancy a move to N17.
Alasdair Gold has given his verdict on the 44-year-old, saying he’s warming to the idea of him in the Spurs dugout.
He reckons Slot is a “Pochettino in the making”.
At the same time, Gold wondered why Tottenham don’t just go for the Argentine in that case.
“I do like Arne Slot,” he told the Gold & Guest Talk Tottenham podcast.
“The more I read about him I do quite like the idea of Arne Slot.
“He sounds like Pochettino, he sounds like a Pochettino in the making.
“And you know, Spurs have always looked for someone like Pochettino.

‘A wonderful attacking machine’
Slot is an incredibly talented young manager who looks ready for a step up in his career.
The Rotterdam club currently tops the Eredivisie table by six points, with Ajax in second.
Feyenoord are also in the quarter-finals of the Europa League, with Jose Mourinho’s Roma up next.
However, what could really stand out for Tottenham about Slot is his style of play.

Dutch journalist Marcel van der Kraan recently provided a glowing endorsement of the 44-year-old.
He described Slot as a “maniac” who plays “ultra-attacking” football, and likened him to Pep Guardiola.
“The best thing about Arne Slot is that he is probably the best attacking coach I have seen in the last 35-40 years at Feyenoord,” he told talkSPORT.
“He is very similar to Pep Guardiola, his ideas are very similar, he is a massive fan of Pep and he plays the same time.
“He goes ultra-attacking, he is almost like a maniac.
“Not on the touchline but it is fantastic to see how he has turned an average side into a wonderful attacking machine.”
